Every morning, the jobs worth your time, and why.
Hey Alissa searches the job boards daily, scores each posting against your background, and tells you in plain language which ones deserve a closer look.
I built it for my wife, Alissa, when she started looking for her next leadership role after 21 years in talent acquisition. Most of her time was going into posts that were never going to fit. So it’s named after her.
Now I’m opening it to a small group of experienced professionals. — Ryan

Your morning shortlist.
It searches for the roles, level, location and pay you set, drops the obvious misses, and ranks what’s left.
Every job comes with a reason.
Open any job for a short brief: what the role involves, why it fits you, and what you’d need to prepare. If a score looks off, tell it.
Pursue or pass.
Pass on a job and say why, and it learns what you don’t want. The ones you pursue move across a board from interested to offer, with your notes attached.

Questions
Who is it for?
Experienced professionals who know what they want next and would rather work from a short list instead of an endless feed. I shaped it around a senior talent-acquisition search, and it works for other professional roles too.
When does it search?
Every morning, around 6am Eastern. Each job is scored from 0 to 100 against your background, and you can run a search yourself any time.
What does the beta involve?
Sign in with LinkedIn to ask for a spot, and I approve people a few at a time. Things will change during the beta, including which job boards it searches. There’s a feedback button on every page if something seems off.
Does it cost anything?
Free during the beta. If that changes, you’ll hear first and nothing is charged unless you choose to pay.
What happens to my information?
Your profile, search settings and job history are used to run your search. To score and analyze a job, your profile and that job’s description are sent to Anthropic’s Claude. Your information is never sold. You can delete your account and all of your data any time from your profile page.
Which job boards does it search?
Three job boards today: Remotive, RemoteOK and Adzuna. LinkedIn is only used to sign you in and, if you choose, to import your profile.
Will it apply to jobs for me?
No. It doesn’t apply for you, write cover letters or send your resume anywhere. It finds jobs, reads them against your background and keeps track of what you decide.
Why is it called Hey Alissa?
It’s named after my wife, Alissa. I built it for her job search.
