Alissa started as a side project between a talent acquisition leader and a software engineer — married, and tired of the same broken job search. She brought 21 years of experience knowing what makes a real match. He brought the engineering. Together, they built a tool to handle the grind: scanning job boards, scoring fit, tracking progress.

It worked. The AI scoring got sharper because a real recruiter was shaping what "good fit" actually means. The pipeline got tighter. The tool earned its name.
